- Coordinate with the Department of Health's medical service ranking policy, establish good relationships with local medical service providers at all levels, enforce a referral system and promote full use of medical resources.
- Develop organ transplant facilities and provide quality medical services for patients in southern Taiwan.

- Continue to computerize and develop image transmission and distant consultant technology to actively take part in Taiwan’s National Information Infrastructure (NII) project.
- Raise funds for the Serenity Ward and OPD Building to provide better care for terminally ill cancer patients and improve the quality of emergency medicine.
