Origin
The department of dermatology of Kaohsiung Veterans
General Hospital was established in 1989.
Our works include patient care and research. Patient
care include outpatient and inpatient department.
Now there are eight doctors, two medical technicians,
and one officer
Service
The services we provide include cryotherapy, laser, UVA
and UVB phototherapy, surgery, immunofIurencence and KOH
examination.We also provide cosmetic consultation and
treatment, which include skin whitening, nevus removal,
wrinkle removal, accessory-hair removal.
Instrument
The facilities in our department include UVB, narrow
band UVB, UVA, UVA1, dye laser,ruby laser, He-Ne
laser, C02 laser, Nd-YAG-laser, Alexander laser,
electrop-horesis,
wood lamp, IPL.
In the
future
Because of above professionals and equipments, we can
serve patient ideal
consultation and well care to solve their bothersome
problems. For cosmetics, we
wound make a comprehensive plan to let people have a
more beautiful tomorrow.
