 美工圖Research Interest:

利用螢光染料測定細胞內離子濃度之變化,及其與細胞功能之間的關係、所測之離子包括:鈣、氫和鈉,所用細胞為細胞株,實驗方法有二:1〕利用單一細胞,以數字化攝影(digital video imaging)測定。2〕利用懸浮細胞群(cell suspension)以螢光光譜儀(fluorescence spectrophotometer)測定。

利用西方點墨法(Western blot)研究細胞內有關訊息傳導路徑蛋白質(如MAPKsSTATPKC…表現。利用流式細胞儀觀察藥物是否會誘導細胞產生細胞凋亡(apoptosis)。利用RT-PCR來偵測一些與鈣離子、鈣離子通道、發炎或細胞凋亡有關的基因表現。
