The General Surgery Service offers comprehensive surgical care for thyroid disease, breast disease, and all digestive diseases. The service also offers diagnostic and therapeutic flexible access laparoscopic surgery. Special interests within the service include the surgical treatment of hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, thyroid and parathyroid malignancy, breast cancer, peptic ulcer disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, pancreatic disease and bilary tract disease, all gastrointestinal tract and hepatobiliary malignancies.
