The Personnel Department of Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital was founded in 1990, which was divided into tree divisions. It handles all of the appointment and dismissal of employees , evaluation and personnel record. There are fifteen staffs in the department , which is composed of one director, tree chiefs, two executive officers, seven officers and two technical workers.It is described according to the organization and functions as follows:

Director:Yeh Yuan-Cheng (EXT:8004)

Duties：

The director executes the order from the head chairman of the hospital, deputes the chairman and handles the entire personnel affairs.

Appointment and Dismissal division :

Duties：

Appointment, transferal and dismissal of employees in the administrative, technical , and laborers' sectors, issuing certificates.

Affairs relates to promotion and the Promotion Committee.

Affairs related to handicapped employees.

Affairs related to labor laws.
